We were alerted to Bentley the 9 year old Rottweiler because nobody was willing to help him because of his age and the fact that he appeared to be a little bit wobbly on his back legs. It was thought that the problem may be the start of CDRM, the condition that Roman suffered from. Once I heard about him and the huge friendly reputation that came with him, I knew we could find him a nice fire to curl up in front of for the rest of his days.
Bentley is wobbly on his back end. He is on Metacam for the rest of his life, and is also on various
other forms of medication, for which we pay for. He is in foster with a lovely retired couple, who he
absolutely adores, and he goes everywhere with his Dad. He even has his own allotment! Once again, he
is living a normal life with people who love him dearly. He recently won the most handsome dog at our
SHAK Dog Show. Without our Forever Foster scheme he wouldnt of had any of these things, people would
of given up on him a long time ago.
